I did not have any night sweats. I also did not have any bad after birth pains. I took no pain relief for DS and none for pain for DD (I had a fever spike on my 2nd night in hospital so had to take panadol for that). To be honest I did not remember having much of anything after giving birth.

Not everyone gets it. It has to do with how much extra fluid you were retaining at the end of the pregnancy and how your body naturally gets rid of it.. I think! I'm always very bloated after I give birth (which is weird because I don't seem to have a lot of fluid during the actual pregnancy!) and then around a week post partum the sweats start!

It wasnt until I got home until I started getting them. Maybe in the first 2-3 weeks.

Gonna kill dh. He brought extra spicy pasta sauce and put it will the normal one. I was feeling sick and just grabbed one and put it in dinner. Less than 2 mins into dinner my heartburn is kicked in. Giving him death stares. He keeps laughing everytime he catches me because I cook it.

Side note, I booked for a 2nd tattoo for the end of June, all those anxieties of breaking wind in front of the tattooist has returned lol.

I swear my baby likes pooing in fresh nappies, just like dogs like pooing on freshly cut grass. So often, before I can even do the nappy up, I hear that familiar wet gurgle 🤢

I have seriously no food in the house suitable for a lunch box, and school goes back tomorrow!
