So does that mean that they only observed a 2 tier lining of 1.5 + 1.9 = 3.4 mm? So total thickness was 3.4? And here I was thinking it was 1.9 all these months..

The endometrium changes in thickness/appearance throughout the Cycle. In a natural Cycle on CD6 it's in the "early proliferative phase" and is meant to measure a certain amount (it's meant to measure a certain amount in all the phases).

The Trilaminar appearance isn't seen until the "proliferative phase". Here's a link explaining it all Luv:

I have to confess I have jever watched that show just because of the title. I figured with my fertility problems a show named offspring would just **** me off. Why oh why do they not represent just a little bit of reality. This is why I hear people say things like oh if I turn 45 and I haven't met Mr right I'll do IVF and have a baby on my own. !!!
Amanda Keller was very real about it. Said it was so difficult. It took her years and she nearlly gave up. I can so relate.

Not yet! I just felt bad that I hadn't been in for a while. I hadn't forgotten about you all, just had trouble logging in then life got the better of me for a while!

We are planning on going back to Hawaii in May next year so I have a bit of time left before I need to start injecting again. Although I need LIT so will need to start that in March.

@Summer, not sure if this is of use to you but I just saw this video on FB about progesterone (for HRT). in case this is a different form to the one you've been on. feel free to disregard if you've seen it

hard to keep up today - flat out at work so I skimmed a lot, sorry

hope you're feeling a bit better soon @Maxwellsmum I was wondering if seeing a counselor might help, as that helped me after last cycle (first time seeing one).

PM bhcommunity & ask her if you can set up a p/word protected private thread that's self administrated by 2 members of the group (tell her who) 😊

Also think of a name for the group if you can before you PM if possible Luv😊

I iz bin thinking again... this means a long-long post...
I thinks it natural that this thread, by its very nature, would contain elated highs and crushing lows all jumbled in together. Which is a weird social experience to learn to navigate. Ive never done it before, so it requires practise on how to be 'in a forum'. In normal life, a normal bunch of friends dont have events that are as emotional as us, premapped out, but in cycles where everyone's at different stages, sometimes you synch up, but in a big group, you're never gonna be at the same stage. I think thats why we feel bad about being negative but thats why i actually needed to post and join this thread.
I also do think its ok to make a new thread based on another more specific category. I joined this category/thread because i felt like i didnt belong in my previous group. So its normal that people would continue to kind of progress into different forums. Once you feel different to the group/ thread youre in, you'll feel like you dont belong in it. So, youd seek out a new group like you. I bet almost everyone on bubhub went through stages and phases like this. So im totes cool with anyone's posts about anything and with transiently wandering around threads or leaving them behind or changing or whatevs.
To be honest, if you think about it, each one of us is a counsellor who speaks with crazy hormonal desperate ivf warrior women practically everday. Thats a tough gig. And we dont even get paid. We're doing a great job of sustaining a conversation and relationships, despite the fact we're all crazy and communicating with the limitations of a 'forum' social situation, which is way harder than having a conversation in real life. When else in life do you ever sit down for coffee with 10 friends and each one has a tale of tradgedy or euphoria to tell you at the same time and you need to negotiate appropriate responses all at the same time? Mad skills- we has 'em!
