Such good news going on in here at moment im so hopeful for us all! And love seeing @skeeter s hcg results!!!

I'm doing another stim cycle this month, started Elonva just now as I drove to the pharmacy after work to pick up my meds. Have myself the shot in the car and felt like a bit of a sleepy druggy! I will do a freeze all again I think - or may bite the bullet and do PGS testing now (costs 2.5$ for up to 14 embies where I'm at. I only have five 1day old embies so far so by the time they get to testing may only have a couple... The rounds are only costing me about $600 plus travel to Sydney costs (from Byron area) hence why I'm doing back to back cycles.

I wanted to try Saizen this time but the pharmacy on gold coast / tweed can't get it in til Friday/maybe Monday which will be CD4 or CD7. Probably too late to try don't you think?

Also, we only take clexane and immune meds prior to transfer right? I've put all the immune stuff on hold while I'm doing the freeze alls so I'm a bit rusty.

I actually started the Prednisone CD 11 on the Cycle prior to my stim Cycle (as I did the AACEP Cycle) but in comparison to your Cycle, I would've started on CD 1 and kept going all the way through not stopping even after transfer until I either got a BFN or if I got a BFFP it was at 12 weeks.

The Clexane I started on CD 3 of my stim Cycle and kept on going stopping 2 days prior to EPU then starting up again the day after EPU and continuing same as above r.e BFN or BFFP.

The Saizen I started on CD 2 until day of Trigger.

@Tahli I'm only on the ethinyl estradiol from day 1 after I get the go ahead that my hormones are baseline, up the dosage after a few days (can't remember off the top of my head) and then start the progesterone after transfer or maybe just before..but basically the EE is estrogen isn't it? I've done it once before with a FET so I'm guessing it just plumps up the lining, it just replaces your normal hormones so they can manage your cycle. That sounds pretty vague! Sorry you've been stressing out, I might start stressing when it all starts I'm guessing!

you don't need pregnyl shots anyway just do a different kind of progesterone, unless you can just buy it over there instead of taking it with you? @Tahli

Thanks everyone! I am so happy, but also a little in disbelief. I will feel better after saturday's test to confirm rising levels, as a part of me still thinks it might not.

@winsor I reckon you would be just about right. If they double every 48 hours, and was 164 yesterday, it could've been as high at 240 today...

@ange1111 My FS always gets me to start clexane and pred on egg collection. I never thought it was early enough so I have been taking aspirin and curcurmin all throughout my cycles to help with blood thinning and inflammation. Maybe that's what worked this time? Maybe it was all the supps for egg quality...

@BlondeinBrisvegas Does the progesterone level indicate that? I didn't think my HCG was high enough for twins, but I checked out the betabase and it does fit the average. Oh well, guess I'll find out at some point...
@gorgeousgeorge I used a donor, so no dp...
    Oh I'm in the graduates!!!

@skeeter soz bout that, thats the second time ive done that to someone (beats head against the wall) youd think id be more aware of "non traditional" baby making methods. I always assume people have partners which is ignorant n insensitive, soz mate. (Boys r only good for sperm, opening jars and lifting heavy things anyway). Itd be good if you have a boy. Then he can open jars for you in about 15-18 years time :-)

@gorgeousgeorge no problems! I really should do one of those signature thingies. Yeah a tall strong boy would be good to do all the things I have to do. I live with and help out my older parents so do all the guy stuff here. Except chain saws and things like that - I palm that stuff off on my brother... I do operate the wood chipper though

@skeeter If I get a BFN I'm coming to use your wood chipper. I imagine it could be quite cathartic throwing all my stark white FRERs in there while rocking out to Guns and Roses!!

Doesn't Pregnyl trick your body into thinking its pregnant because it has hcg in it? It's more than progesterone isn't it??
