    Default F45 anyone?

Does anyone do F45, interested to hear how you find it?
I'm considering signing up when belly bub arrives

Bumping... Surprised no one is doing this, there seems to be one on every corner in Sydney!

My fit brother in law telling me how he vomited during his first class was enough to turn me off it

I vomited doing cross fit a couple of times. Not pleasant 😂

I'm pretty sure my local doesn't either, but hoping they'll be ok with a pram in the corner, for some of the day sessions. Will have to find out.

I looked into the one near me and found it really expensive, well what I thought was expensive ($50 per wk). Would love to do but can't afford that when my Gym membership is $16 per wk

The only thing I have seen online seems to suggest it's about $55/65 pw which I agree is super expensive but I am willing to do it to get back into shape while I'm on mat leave, it's not really a sustainable cost though
