Default Progesterone during pregnancy, advice please!

I have been prescribed progesterone pessaries as of today. I am to take 2/day and the midwife told me to take one in morning and one at night.
I have just read the info sheet and it says after the medication is inserted that you have to lie down for 30 mins.
I was just wondering how others managed taking them and then lying down? The night one in obviously easy, but for the morning did you get up half an hour early, insert and then lie down?
Also does anyone have any other advice when taking these? I'm guessing I will experience discharge?

Hi Em9 yes I had to wake up half an hour earlier every morning to insert the pessary and then go back to bed.

In terms of advice, you may want to wear a panty liner as they do leak out and you don't want it all over your underwear.

Thank you!! I was wondering if a liner would be enough or I would need a pad. I spose I'll find out in the morning lol.

That's different to the 2 I was on. 1 I had to lay down for at least 30mins so did it on way to bed & the other I could go about normally so did it of a morning. I was on crinone & edometrin
