    I know he has treated you poorly OP but playing games isn't the solution. By all means go out, make friends and enjoy yourself but don't turn it into a tit for tat.

    Yep. You can't on one hand talk about denying him access to his child and then on the other hand send him sexy photos of yourself. Lawyers would have a field day with that if it ever came up in a custody battle.
