Thanks for the info @nattie84 I was told by my FS it's not too late and that it can still be done. I'll ask on Friday and just see how it all goes. Or just call his mobile tomorrow if I can't wait until Friday lol.
@Heyside mine are all frozen but I can speak to my doctor and ask if they can be tested. He told me after the first transfer they could do them even though frozen. So not sure?

Yes @crossingfingers mine were tested frozen they just had to thaw them out take a biopsy and re thaw them as I say a little more risky. Did you use icsi?

Oh sorry @Heyside I didn't see that until just then as it was address to nattie.

Yes we did ICSI. And the two embryos so far I've transferred, have thawed to 100% so I guess if it gets to that stage we can look into it. I've got to trust my FS and his colleagues as they work together at times for advice.

Thanks so much for letting me know. I didn't want to call my doc and bother him, especially when he'd told me a month ago it was something we could do, however he always says call whenever. He's amazing.

@nattie84 they have to be icsi'd so that it is one egg and one sperm being tested. If they use the normal ivf process lots of sperm are put in a dish with one egg therefore the biopsy may involve chromosomes from other soerm not used in the fertilisation process.

@Flower78 my FS and embryologist didn't really talk about the scratch and implantation but there is research which suggests it can definitely help with implantation, I think this is the case for up to 3 cycles after... but I am not an expert.. I hope your spotting and everything settles down soon.

I have never had my lining measured before as my FS doesn't do scans with natural FET so i don't really know if it has been an issue previously...time will tell. I would rather wait for things to be right rather than waste a perfectly good PGD passed embryo.. It is all very interesting.

I will let you all know how my scans etc go tomorrow, that is when the decision will be made .

@crossingfingers your story sounds very similar to mine. I was tested for NK cells last cycle after a m/c an chemical pregnancy. I tested positive and I am currently on medication this cycle, this cycle has been a bit off for a range of reasons and may be cancelled, but I will keep you updated. Realistically its better to be tested for everything (I was like a pincushion after over 20 BT last cycle) to see if there is anything that you can resolve. Good luck with everything and keep us in the loops as to how you are going. xx

@Juliannicholson I'd never heard of the cells until recently. We are doing the biopsy next week and it can take 2.5-3 weeks for the results so this month is a no go. I'm then going to Bali for a wedding, need a break from it all and as I know I'm not pregnant and won't be, I've RSVPED really late to go. Then we'll go again when we get back.

Sorry to hear you had a m/c and a chemical pregnancy. Devastating I am sure. My doc found it odd I haven't even had a chemical pregnancy given all looks so good. So the results could be interesting.

How come it could be cancelled? Are the NK drugs really interfering?
I am sorry to hear. Every extra day you have to wait is horrible
