I use the aircon to my advantage. Make sure it is at a temp where I need sheet only (dress bub up if needed).
Baby in the middle - I actually sleep with baby in crook of arm most nights (when she is super upset). Make sure there are no pillows near baby.
If you and/or DH/DP are a rolling around/deep sleeper it is a huge adjustment. Also can you have portacot next to the bed? That way you can reach in to pat/hold down bubs a bit to settle without getting up.

The portacot is next to the bed but it doesn't make a difference re his sleep. I don't think co sleeping would work here, the bed is tiny and it's cold in the room (which is also part of the problem) we will just have to ride this one out and learn from it. Happy holidays lol.
