    I turned up quite early for an appointment once, went to the counter to check in, and sat down.... waited about 45 minutes. The entire waiting room cleared out. One of the receptionists came over to me and asked me if I had an appointment. Uh, yes! Apparently my appointment wasn't recorded, nor was the fact that I was there. I hope you didn't have to wait too long.

    Feeling pretty darn pleased that I finally won a round and got DS to have a sleep in his big boy bed for the first time, despite having it for weeks.

    So frustrated at DH! He does squat when it comes to housework, yes he gets the kids out of my hair so I can do the housework, but that doesn't count!

    I can't even remember the last time he washed the dishes, vacuumed or mopped the floor or cleaned the toilet, yet when I say I'm looking forward to downsizing our house as I'm the one who does the cleaning, he says 'yeah because I don't do anything!' Gah! I wanted to say, no you don't, but I'm totally not in the mood for an argument.

    I'll never get more support in this if he thinks his occasional 'assistance' is enough.

    already having the worst day ever.
    The dog has had the runs overnight.
    IT IS EVERYWHERE. Dried, smeared sh1t all over the carpet and lounge. I wouldn't even know where to begin or what to do.

    And I'm sick.

    And dd2 is sick.

    We haven't slept.

    I can't put her down.

    And even though my nose is completely blocked up I can still smell my house. It reeks.

    Wahhhhhh!!!!!!

    Eta: and the dog just threw up on the lounge

    It's not parvo, is it? If it could be then your dog needs to go to the vet asap...it's deadly. I'm sorry you are having such a rough start to the day. I hope it gets better.

    I'm assuming it's dd1's mac n cheese she stole last night she steals a lot of human food and is very overweight. This happens a bit. If she doesn't improve/settle though she will be off to the vet.

    Dh is now taking the day off thank goodness.

    I'm struggling to get the poop out of the carpet..... Yuck.

    Oh no LMS my dog did that a couple of months ago from one end of the house to the other. That was bad enough with an older child that doesn't need such constant care. Glad your DH is staying home to help

    Look for blood in the poo I would think she might need some charcoal @lms poor things and I would avoid adult food it's so toxic for dogs.
