Something tells me we might be coming to the end of the line.

You have so much to think about now I know, but before you pull the pin I have one more suggestion for you to ponder on. Have you considered donor embryos at all? The reason I put that forward is that we have that as our fall-back option should our donor cycle not yield any usable embryos.

Donor embies are not as uncommon as you may think - they come up from time to time through EDA and Bub Hub - and the costs are significantly lower. Obviously you might have to go through counselling and FET costs, maybe cover storage and shipping costs if you wanted to move them from one clinic to another, but it's just something to think about. Plenty of time for that though, for now take care of you

My dh discovered the poo emoticon the other day. He's 43 and was so excited, he came running out to show me and said, "Look! I've got a poo!" Then giggled and giggled. So I dont thinks its a 'child' thing. I think its a 'boy' thing. I just told dh about the cake. He said, "That's awesome!" And now he's going on about how, "its so cool coz its not just a poo, its a poo with eyes!"

@Heyside I am so glad that you do have a DD and that you are a mum. Not trying to tell you what you should or shouldnt do but sometimes if you give yourself a little time-out, and some head-space you can kinda clarify your thoughts. Sometimes the answer just appears. Im struggling to explain what i mean... i mean like instead of trying to actively think/decide what to do right now, i find that sometimes in the time-out period the answers come to you and just appear/present themselves. Some of the things i ended up doing, the answers seemed to come from an external source, almost like a voice from the universe speaking to me, rather than from my own head. Even if you cycled again asap, you would still need to wait at least a couple of weeks so that could be 'time out'. Maybe make an appointment with wazza and consider the time between now and that appointment as 'time out' to let whatever thoughts you have just float around and tell yourself you dont actually have to decide or plan anything until after wazza appointment.
I think especially when your in shock and grieving (even if the grief is expressed as numbness) you cant make good decisions coz your mind is in a panicked kind of state. xox
