I stopped as soon as I had an obvious line. Its torture. Thinking of you xx
Thanks @Billie2 - with each of my previous four natural pregnancies I had no support at all, but P4 levels were good & they miscarried for different reasons - mms, blighted ovum, sub chorionic haematoma & the last one disappeared / reabsorbed at six weeks.

Following that I did Ivf with no success, but have lots of left over meds which I get into at the first sign of a line. My progesterone this time was 76 naturally which was really good.

I used a 400mg pessary for support anyway & within 24 hours the line faded out on the pee sticks. That is six times now that I've had a pregnancy seem to start, but after using the pessary it fails within a day. I know it is likely coincidence & just ****ty old eggs, but I let this one go further & watched the line darken over six days & had the blood test to confirm before I started on progesterone & clexane.... & sure enough even with numbers perfectly on track for the start of a pregnancy, it was gone very quickly.

I wonder if maybe it is something I'm allergic to or react to in the pessaries? Is that even possible? I know I'm clutching at straws but it just seems a little more than coincidence - you know how you notice these things about yourself that just seem off?

Also while doing progesterone support with every medicated, triggered cycle, I didn't fall pregnant once in over a year of cycles, & now I'm off all meds I'm falling naturally. Makes me wonder if there is something in that particular pessary that inhibits my pregnancies, as I was on it for every single cycle from ovulation for that year...

Anyway, I didn't think I had my hopes up too much, but I did & now I'm broken again. I know you know that feeling, hugs xxxx

    Question for you ladies...

Not for me obviously, but out of curiosity what is an 'ideal' progesterone reading for early pregnancy?

What number would you NOT want your progesterone to go below?

    Thanks

Over 30 is considered good from my understanding.

@Grace1, how are u going hun? Have u had your transfer yet? I don't think I've seen an update from u, sorry if I missed it?

Afm- Epu went well this morning and I got 10 collected. The most I've ever had.
However, based on last scan, I'm expecting 5x matures best case scenario, since the others were way behind size wise, but who knows...

@Summer I guess the only thing you can do is move on to DE and get everything set up, including a different type of progesterone support...and still shag away with a natural pregnancy likely in about another 3 months or so, knowing your pattern, but don't do the pessaries this time. Either way, I can only imagine how sh*te you feel right now. It's so heartbreakingly frustrating when you can get an embryo to implant but then it won't go any further. It's very easy to blame your own body and start heading towards a dark place. Please don't. We're here to support you.
