    Default Shout out to BH

I'm in a bit of a chipper mood today so I thought I'd just take a minute to say a big thanks to BH and the hubbers who have sent PMs, replied to my posts, acknowledged my recent malaise and generally just been pretty rad people. It's no secret my head is a bit of a mess at times and over the last couple of weeks, I've been having some pretty horrible thoughts and really hit rock bottom in terms of who I am. While I'm certainly not heralding a personality change or about to announce the turning over of any leaves, I have felt a bit happier in recent days and that's partly because of people on here. I've seen a few threads of late which haven't shed the hub in a great light, so I just wanted to acknowledge that I see the goodness and friendliness and support, often from people who are complete strangers, and it's nice (such a bland but accurate word).

No, I haven't had any wine.

But it could be the peanut butter talking.

Well, I have had wine. 2 in fact. It's been one of those evenings..."Mummy, I don't want to clean up...". "Mummy, Oscar pushed me...". And etcetera.

Power to you, lady! Glad you feel better. There is a lot in life to feel happy about. The Bachelor, for instance. Prosecco from King Valley. More Prosecco.

It looks like you live about 15 mins away from me, so if you ever want to come over for a cuppa and talk sh!t, just PM me. I love to chat.

ETA, you must be around my age if you are using terms like "rad".
    God the 90s were good.

Not a GP. Hospital-based. But if you've had an Anaesthetic, or presented to the ED/Trauma in the last 15 years, I may well have been your doc. Eastern Melbourne ain't a big place

Well f**k the cuppa. Come over for a Prosecco.

Oh goody. So at one of my two admissions to ED at Maroondah Health in the last couple of years you may have witnessed the metaphoric car crash that has been my mental health 🙈

I also did a nursing placement there in July and will be doing them at Box Hill from now on.

Keep an eye out for the old student nurse with a water bottle that looks oddly like it may contain prosecco.....
