Quick update: blood results testing for PCO have come back looking highly unlikely but I have to test at the beginning of my next cycle to double check one of the levels.

That's good! Hopefully you're getting closer to answers.

The first cycle after depo was only 21 days long (waited 9 months to get it back). I'm now on my second cycle and I have gone past 21 days (AF would have come on Saturday). I'm now CD 25. My old cycles, pre-kids and in between my kids were 25 days, meaning AF would be due tomorrow.
I'm keen to see what's going to happen. I am not "pmsing" according to hubby. I'm not really angry like I usually am the day before. I've been having a bit of cramping last couple of days but that *could* be from touching not my cervix, as it always happens right after.

That's sounding positive... I can't recall, have you had an ultrasound to check re: PCO/S visually?

Hi, out of luck this month as AF showed up on Sunday. I posted this I thought? I'll be moving to October when the thread appears. Best of luck for everyone else.

I had an ultra sound last week that picked up more under-developed follicles than what's 'normal' but not bad enough to give the pco diagnosis. The blood test was supposed to give more answers.
