Quick question for you all how do you tackle your tww do you rest up and do not much at all or carry on as normal? ?

For my last 2 Cycles, I rested on the day of transfer (what choice did I have?? I was high as a frucking kite on Valium/pethadine etc) and then I went about my business as per

I ate what I wanted and drank what I wanted to as well including caffeine (alcohol excepted of course).

The only thing I was mindful of was not heating my core body temperature up above normal

There's a thread here on BH about the Census. There's a few hubbers pi$$ed off about not being able to declare being in same sex relationships properly, issues with having to declare donor as the parents etc, etc & who can blame them??

The w*nkers at the ABS really haven't thought it through very well have they???

    She was 43..
Not exactly fat but 'roly' around the middle.. And the following situations occurred that made her less than aware of her body & any changes....
having family visiting for 2 mths from Ireland & therefore eating the obligatory sweets & cakes every day= any weight gain not really unusual..
    a gastro outbreak at work..
working & constantly on the go (she's a nurse)..
being an already busy mum to 2 young boys.. thinking she was probably pre-menopausal...

She started noticing some unusual symptoms & went to her GP.. & he checked her out & she was SIX MONTHS pregnant!! Not a word of a lie!

The thing is too.. Her hubby was a lovely little Irishman, who was a small man, maybe 5,4 in height, & all her boys were tiny little babies, so she had never looked pregnant until the last 3ish months with her first 2 either. And her pregnancies & births were easy, uneventful. (This surprise baby was later born 30 minutes after her contractions started!)

So it was a HUGE shock to her & hubby! They had 3 months to get used to the idea of a new baby! they were ecstatic & more than happy for another baby.. Just very surprised..

She had actually been told by a psychic about 2 yrs before that she would have 3 boys.. & she had laughed saying 'oh I don't think so, I'm 41, no more babies for me'.. Lol..

True story. One of mums best friends.

Those kinds of stories finding out at 5 or 6 months I can believe, it's the women who say they didn't know until they go into labour I have a problem believing Luv.

Agreed, especially if it's for older ladies who are possibly peri-menopausal.

The Adventures of Billie2 and her 3rd stim cycle - Chapter 638.

It was around 11.30am, as she left her desk to walk to the toilet in a daze thinking about the mint twirl she bought on her way back from having her blood drawn for the 71st time this cycle.

Without thinking she did a wipe check and there was blood. She was bleeding. She had no pain, no warning. Ok, its finally happened, her 3rd miscarriage was here and finally an answer. Halelujah! Billie2 was almost relieved to see blood. An answer.. Yes!

She emails the nurse and then pops to Woolworths to buy mega pads and panadol knowing what to expect. She tells her DH its over. He is more shattered than her. Billie2 has turned into a Tinman and has no heart. She continues to work cases and fake smile at work to colleagues.

After 3pm she gets "The Call" from the nurse to say "Its not over, your hcg is 2330 prog 136".

Mrs Billie2 Tinman tells the nurse she would rather it be over and is fed up. Mrs Billie2 Tinman is then booked in for a scan for next monday.

    Mrs Billie2 Tinman is tired.

We all know the ending to this story, I just wish it hurry up.
