Why a unique name? Why would you want to make your child the odd one out?

    Genuine question.

Joke names aside, lol at Wayne and jo!

I'd also avoid Henry, or any name that belonged to an actual King, Henry, Edward, James, Edgar, Alfred, come to mind.. But that's just me..

    King Arthur

    I really liked Angus too.

please don't make it a run of the mill name. We have three people called Mike King at work - it sucks.

    Still no name....
I like something not to common and a little different. I am a teacher so see what happens when you have multiples of the same name.
My son has 3 kids with the same name in his class. 2 have a surname with the initial. These poor kids are now referred to as their last name and their first name not even used.

My dog is Angus, so while we do love it, it's currently in use

Xavier is a name my sister suggested yesterday so it's on the maybe list.

Our son is Grayson. It's not common in Australia.

I came across this and thought it was interesting.

the top reason parents regret giving the names they did is ... Tada!... If the name proves too common
