I am having the biggest anxiety attack with Max health. Wednesday he woke i heard him cough i freaked out and took him to the doctor concerned about everything. Doctor tried to reassure me he is ok. I hear him sneeze i freak out. I am so scared he is going to catch something. Now my eldest has come down with a nasty cough i am scared he is going to pass it onto the baby. I was not this paranoid when i had my first child. I dislike people holding him and family kiss him on the face and it makes me cringe. Im going crazy

Meshell are you breastfeeding? Sorry if that's been covered before, I'm terrible at remembering everyone's finer details xx

@Meshell23 if your breastfeeding you pass on immunity... Zoe was only breastfed till 4 weeks and formula since then... I managed to get quite sick when she was 6 weeks and she never caught it and this past week my partner has been really sick and she's fine... I was so worried in the beginning but you really have to try and worry about only the things you can control... make sure max is only around healthy people... with your other son he would of passed it on by now! Just remember sometimes babies cough for attention like our little miss and sometimes with her reflux choke coughs which is a little scary and I have never met someone who sneezes so much in my life
Make sure you remember to relax and take some time out from the kiddies so you have some me time too sending you lots of positive thoughts and hugs xx

Meshell, our little man has been sick twice. Once with an ear infection and second with chest infection. Dd is at daycare so she brings the nasty stuff home...

I know you don't want to see your little one sick but eventually they will get sick! And it's a way for them to build up their immune system.

Your breastmilk will do incredible things to keep her safe. It's the best cotton wool currently available in the world hehe.

My Bub sneezes quite a bit. It's their way of clearing out their sinuses as they can't blow their noses I was told by a nurse
