I had some spotting but not a full period. TBH I don't really love breastfeeding all that much. I do it because I physically can and it's good for Austin but if I had a reason other than I don't really like it, I would stop. It's scary to admit that because it's a pretty selfish attitude.

On another note, Austin has just put himself to sleep for his nap in his cot! I'm both proud and sad that he's growing up so fast.

There's nothing selfish about that peedy! You're choosing to do something you don't like simply because it's the best thing for him. That's the definition of selfless!!

I feel so guilty that I don't love it! I can't say that I even really like it.

I'm with you Peedy.... I hate it but do it because I can and because the cost of formula is ridiculous.

I use S26, not the gold as the iron content makes bub constipated.

Right! Free food is such an incentive!

Why can't you breastfeed while doing a cycle? Is it because of the drugs and hormones??
So if I did an unmedicated FET would I still need to stop breastfeeding?

@Barca07 It sounded to me like bf-ing just generally reduces your chances. Need to ask further. I googled and there were a few bits on the ABA website

    http://forum.breastfeeding.asn.au/viewtopic.php?t=86177

    And
    https://babydustdiaries.wordpress.co...s-ivf-and-fet/

Also I have noted that when I get spotting / what I'd call period, Bub will refuse my breast for about 24 hours. I would assume whatever disturbs him would be even worse if I inject myself daily to superstimulate... so I can see why the two don't go together.

As for bf-ing, I was so so about it but Bub so prefers the boob. every time I see my sons face during / after a feed, I feel so proud

we used nan in hospital and a2 at home. I much prefer a2
