    Is just over 4 kg's.

Max had his 1 week doctors appointment on tuesday and he is 4.2kg by the sounds of it he appears to be at the larger end of the scale in this group. Wears 000 clothing and had the most delish chunky thighs. So different from my little 2.26kg baby

TTC have you taken her swimming? How did she go?
Yes we do baby swimming lessons at a hydrotherapy pool... Zoe is a very chilled baby so was very non interested in the pool... just goes with the flow hahaha so far she seems like she likes it but who knows... we also do gymbaroo and she fell asleep in that... so probably starting things a little early but it's more to keep me entertained

This may be tmi but have any of you breastfeeding ladies had your periods return? I feel ripped off that I'm breastfeeding and just started spotting.

Yup. 7w it was, with breast refusal for 2 days I try to tell myself it's a good sign for the next round of IVF. No idea if that's true but it helps me get over the disappointment.Loving all the photos. Goodness they all grew so quickly!thanks everyone for the well wishes. FIL got discharged after the heart attack and went straight back to work... a happy marriage... not!as for catching up on friday, we are tentatively booked in for a day at ngala to try and get Bub to sleep not only nap during the day (I.e. More than 45 mins at a time). But DH seems less keen to do it, he thinksbub is perfect ... so am a maybe.his royal preciousness, the little frog leg, mummy's tiny wobble head Arthur is 11 weeks, 6kgs (born 3.7) and we just started putting him in 00. He started cooing and blabbering so well recently, it is adorable. I'm on 3x motilium a day so formula top ups are about 100ml a day which was a long rocky road from 500 mls at one stage but so worth it. His tongue tie is pretty much gone, so glad we didn't bother snipping. His latch is great, although he feeds more efficiently at night. During the day he mucks around a bit, like latch on, get let down, then pull away as the milk squirts out and then lick it off. Discrete breastfeeding in public? Nice concept but...lolHe sleeps from 7 to 7 with breaks at 1, 4 and 6 (kind of, subject to change without notice). Naps 3-5 times during the day. Likes mums Moby wrap and dads baby bjoern, hates his capsule, the car and the pram. IMG_1026.jpg

Have checked myself back into hospital - sheer exhaustion and can not stop crying. Was getting to the point where I did not want to be alone in case I couldn't settle Abby. Feel like a failure as Abby is such a great baby it's just me that's not so great. Ngala where no help when I called but midwives as hospital are bloody fantastic!!! Hopefully when I get out my family rallies. As for Abby new formula is great, finally starting to chub up a bit. ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1477785918.292052.jpg

Miss Eadie, 3 weeks tomorrow, 4.25kg (3.67 born) & growing very quickly!! Currently mix feeding using formula top ups as we are always hungry & Mumma just can't keep up the supply!! Generally feeding every 2.5hrs through the day & 4hrs-ish over night & sleeping fairly well.
My favorite things at the moment are deep baths (so I can float), showers with mum, nappy-free time, having my feet massaged before bed & being cuddled. Last week I grinned a tiny grin at my Mum & Nanny when they were cracking up laughing at something silly my dad did!
Everyone loves me SO much! xx

@Pepper1977 thats very brave of you to realise you need extra support and to figure out how to get it. The first 6-7 weeks are bloody hard. My DH went back to work on week 4 and was sleeping in the living room so I was alone at night with the LO, and they were some of the hardest nights of my life. I nearly fell apart and didn't want to recognise it. Please don't say you are not great, its a bloody hard job you are learning and you are doing amazing. You sought out the Paed and got Abby the help she needed and now hopefully you get some help too. As everyone else kept telling me, it will get easier.

Thinking of you and so glad you have asked for help... I totally relate we have had some tough days and yes we have a good baby but it's a lifestyle change and hard to adapt too! Make sure your family rallies around you and helps out... sending you lots of hugs xx
