Thanks Guys- I know all the tears over not being able to BF will fade away at some point and I'll look back and think- what was my problem?! It's just frustrating to do all the right things and still not have enough. I got 120mls in one pumping session last night which sounds awesome, but in reality not enough to feed two hungry babies! @ttc1981 I did try nipple shields in the hospital (after the killer nurse had damaged my nipples from trying to hand express (drawing blood) for my little one that was in special care) and it was definitely better, but I found that the babies just wouldn't latch properly - could have been because the midwives were pushing me to tandem feed when I had no technique though! So frustrating to think that this may have been avoided by one nurse not being so rough with my nipples!
Mona not sure if I congratulated you on Lachlan's arrival- if not congrats!!

The amount of time I've heard nurse horror stories makes me so angry! This is why I went back to school to study nursing. Shame I only made it through my first year before becoming a sahm lol

    TTC she is so cute!

I just submitted my paid parental leave application online and it was so easy I'm not sure if I've done it right!

Honestly my section recovery has been the easiest part in all this. I would take another section tomorrow if it meant losing this nipple pain.....

That outfit lasted all of 5 minutes when another poo explosion happened HA

also we started using thank you nappies as too many leaks with huggies and there great... on sale at coles at the moment $23 for 106 nappies up to 5kg... really happy with them and the way the company works

Loving the olympics to keep me entertained as well
