@Caesardust Is Dr M your FS in CT? Help me out here hun, what cycle day is your lining scan here in Oz?
My pharmacist said the Estraderm patches should go on a fatty area, so I chose the smoothness of my tummy near my belly button. It has less day to day movement than on your bottom.
Was I referring to you as Crinkle Butt @Maxwellsmum? I've never read of someone taking more 'stuff' for their lining than what you're currently on. It's no wonder you're feeling so sick all ready. Poor you. Fresh raspberries sound delicious though. Yum.
@midnite01 You may remember us discussing around Xmas time, 2 Crinone is the equivalent of 1 Gestone injection. It's the minimum I'd be choosing to take too.

I'm with dr Le Roux @Tahli. And the lining scan will be I guess about day 20. I'd been on the pill for 2 months but had a small bleed on 20 July for 2 days once I stopped.

@Charlie74 I'm going to go against popular opinion here. I would be accepting the scan the day before your FET, just to see if your lining/hamburger still looks great and hasn't changed shape. Surely it's the only way to know if it goes ascu once you start progesterone. I asked CFC if I could have one on the morning of my transfer but wasn't allowed. I'm pretty sure the Greek clinics do it routinely. (Please correct me any of the Greek ED girls!) The more info the better I reckon when it comes to lining. I'd be thrilled with 6.8mm because it would equate to a transfer!

I'm with him too @Caesardust. My previous nurse discussed my history with him (I wrote down my lining measurements for each cycle and emailed it to her so she could see at a quick glance that me reaching 6-6.5mm was my normal) and he agreed to a transfer at anything above 6mm. I've re-emailed my new nurse seeking a written assurance that he will indeed transfer at 6mm. I've also reiterated that I won't take Synarel for longer than 14 days. I'm awaiting their reply. I've got a bit pushy after my last cancelled cycle! I'd also recommend emailing your nurse and CCing Dr LR seeking the same reassurance. Then there can be no confusion.
So your first lining scan is in about 10 days here in Melb? Then how many days after do you fly out?
PS: don't forget that you can claim your $180 lining scan with Medicare personally. If you've reached your SNT then they'll only cost you about $45, so it's not too much of a financial hardship if you'd like to have an earlier scan at day 14 to see how much it grows in one week.

I will definitely email them to confirm minimum lining as you say. Between 6-7 is my norm too. I will be on Synarel for like 6 weeks. What will that do? I fly out 11 days after the lining scan on 19/08 and have appointment at cfc on 22/08.

If you're looking for Hope, Faith and Love they're in CT. That's what I named my three embryos a while back. Collectively known as The Three Amigos!

@Charlie74 I feel for you. Go crash the Greek ED thread and ask the lovely girls there why the Greek clinics scan on the day of transfer (I think it is??). I'm guessing you haven't actually asked LB directly what she's looking for with that particular scan? Just ring on Monday and get Kate to ask LB in person. That's what I used to do in the end instead of getting one of Kate's answers which were sometimes medically inaccurate. Be assertive hun. You've waited sooo long for this transfer.
