    Oh wow!!!! We have got a couple of quotes and it is in the price range I was expecting. Hubby would like it a little lower (he would prefer to do it himself - but I know it will take forever and things always go wrong, so would prefer to have the professionals come in and just get it done).

    Yes definitely budget for things to go wrong, cost more and take more time. We've already dealt with asbestos removal, a cut water pipe and additional jackhammering to slope the floor a different direction for the new position of a floor drain !
