It's not going to be easy. I don't eat much processed food but I'm not a meat eater and a lot of it is meat. It's just eating proper fresh food. Buying from the outer edges of the supermarket. I've stepped up my fitness so want to see if this makes a difference as well. After dry July k figure I can survive one month.

Agree Sonja , its always the first 2 weeks which are ghastly.. I get full blown headaches etc. i also go to the trampoline park and do 20k bike rides.. I cut out even dressings, sauces, white bread, pasta etc.. If i do eat pasta i go gluten free..

I'm doing Whole30 in August. Not so much for weight loss although that will happen but to clean my system out and get more energy.

I started at 75.8kg in March, I'm now down to 70.1kg (I did get below 70kg a couple of weeks ago and then went back up!). I focus on minimally processed foods, so not really any grains except quinoa and sometimes brown rice, heaps of fresh fruit and veg, meat, eggs, nuts, healthy fats, and minimally processed dairy. All full fat, nothing low fat as sugar is what packs the kg on for me.
I go to the gym 2-3 times per week where I usually run or row for cardio then lift weights, and see a PT once per week.
I'm now pregnant so not focusing on weight loss but trying not to put too much on, I was a Nutella addict last pregnancy so I'm hoping by going into this one not addicted to sugar, my will power will be a little stronger. We'll see if I'm still saying that when the MS kicks in!

Im not exactly doing a particular diet.
I only started sunday a week or so ago. Having a shake for breakfast, cutting out or down on snacks and eating a proper lunch.
Along with walking for an hour at least 4-5times a week.
In the first week i lost 2.1kg so thats motivated me to keep going.
Starting weight 87.8kg
Goal to lose 20kg in the long term.
