    Default Hello from a newbie

    Hello Everyone,
Me and the fiancé have decided to start TTC as I've been at work long enough to get mat leave now and it's just the right time. I have PCOS and am wanting to try to get pregnant naturally first and hopefully we have some luck.

I have been browsing the forums and is there anywhere to find or refer to what all these acronyms mean ?

    Thanks guys

Hi @courtney03, I'm new too and we are planning to start Ttc in about two months. Just got to get my hep b and whooping cough vacs. Also only been on preconception multi for a few weeks and wanted to wait at least two months for this too. There is a link to the acronyms, I've definitely seen it, but not easy to find especially on the app. I'll see if I can find it and post the link.

Yeah we have started. I've been taking the prenatal vitamins, had a pre conception check up where all my bloods were good . The hardest thing has been sticking to a exercise and healthy eating routine. I've managed to stay away from alcohol which is a big achievement. I'm trying to get in a routine of walking the dogs everyday and not being tempted by fast food but it's hard.
