I had a short luteal phase when ttc my DD. Was between 7-9 days. I had one session of acupuncture before my fertile period and it brought ovulation forward by a day or 2 and thats the cycle we conceived our DD. I tried vitex and vitb but it didn't do anything for me. It took 8 months to fall pregnant.

I'd see an acupuncturist. Helped to lengthen my luteal phase before a FET

I had a short LP and started a B-multi and vitex. Not sure if it was coincidence but I fell pregnant the next cycle and he's now 13mo

My LP has been 10 days and everything is a-OK! I was worried it was too short also. Actually this past month I was having 2 tbsp of flaxseed meal which I added to yogurt daily until I ovulated. Not sure if it made a difference but I got a bfp! I posted the research in a similar thread I'll tag you in

Are you still taking the flaxseed meal? I have been looking into something to replace my Maca powder next cycle.... I can only find info on flaxseed oil....

My naturopath put flaxseed on the list of foods good for conceiving because it's high in vitamin E which is a tocopherol (which literally means "to bear children"). Almonds are also high in vit E so I've been snacking on them.

@Meld85 I think I only did it for 2-3 weeks of the beginning of my cycle. I read mixed things about maca and so wasn't interested. I'll tag you and @rhee1980 in the other thread so you can read the research for yourselves!

I have a short LP, 9-10 days sometimes 11. I've fallen pregnant 5 times, have 2 daughters, 2 MC and currently 32 weeks pregnant with bubs number 3. It can still happen with a short LP, good luck
