    We told H's ex wife first, and then their two children.
    This was at 10 weeks I think.
    I had told work at 8.5 weeks and as I worked at their school I didn't want to risk them finding out by accident.

    Congratulations!
    DD is 19 months and we started telling her about the baby in mummy's tummy pretty much as soon as we found out! I was a bit worried in case she talked about it but it took a few weeks for her to properly understand and now she kisses it before bed and tries to give it biscuits! She'll be just over two when it arrives

    We won't be telling our son who is three and a half until t least after the first scan. We told our son quite early last year that there was a baby in mummy's tummy and it was absolutely heartbreaking to have to tell him that the baby had gone to heaven. We will be much more careful this time xx

    Congratulations!! I told my girls when we first found out as I had left a pregnancy test on the table by accident when they got home from school and one of them had said what's that? They were a bit older at 8 and 10.
