    Huh?

I had one the other day - I've been driving 25-30 mins to get a shop in another suburb, for around 4 years now. DH would always give me a funny look when I complained about how far away it was. Just discovered the other day that if I go 2 blocks up the road and follow a street to the end, I'm at that shop in the other suburb. Its literally a 5 min drive, if that (even from my old house). I can't believe it took me 4 years to work out that I was going the loooooong way!

I've been referring to emojis as emjois (emjoys). My phone always autocorrected me so it wasn't until my dh was talking about "emojis" that the penny dropped. It's very difficult to stop referring to them as that as emjois just pops into my head straight away.

One time years ago my Auntie asked me for a tampon ( we were all staying overnight at a family members place). I asked her what for. Still not actually sure why i said that. Lol.

I thought the saying was 'nip it in the butt' rather than bud..

And up until I was a teenager I thought pasta grew on trees... :/

I used to think that the little "dolphin friendly" stickers on cans of tuna meant there was no dolphin in the can.

Oh great, this must just be tuna then 😬

Default What was your "duh" moment?

I am the queen of "ohhhhhhh" moments but right now they've all escaped me!!!

ETA I just remembered one - the letter "w" is literally double u. Just two u's put together. I didn't realise this until I was in my mid 20s.

I used to think the term Prima Donna was pre-Madonna. I never understand what mum meant when she told me to stop being a pre-Madonna 😂
