@tjuls because they say it's normal to spot 3-4 days before period and I'm spotting cos I'm not pregnant not because of my progesterone levels dropping which is normal

😳.. @Giraffez- Is this coming from Primary?
Spotting at 3-4 days before af may be normal when u're not ttc, and yes it could also be implantation spotting but if you've poas throughout the spotting and its stark BFN, then I would suspect ur prog level is getting low and ur lining is starting to shed.

I'm no expert @Giraffez but I would bring that up with ur FS at the nxt apptment. There is no harm going on it but alot to gain from it if it's due to low prog.

    a big congrats @smilebabynumberone
@tjuls @Giraffez im just as confused about the prog support. First IUI= I was prescribed no prog, Second IUI = I was prescribed twice daily Oripro
FET = Prescribed 1 crinone daily, had that light bleed and asked if i could double it. Primary said no need to as prog level is normal but I can double if I want too.. Next cycle im asking for oripro twice daily

@hopefulangel1987. 1 crinone a day? Most ladies here is 2-4 a day. Im on oripro 3times daily but will be four soon bcoz my progesterone is only 34. Nurse said 30 is normal but to be safe I will be using 4 daily. Im just waiting for my fs opinion.
