It seems ive outdone myself this time. Please imagine me standing on a podium at a press conference with a concerened looking PR manager head down in the background, as i announce the following:
@tuxcat i would like to formally apologise for ruining your dinner @Bongley i sincerely regret any distress i may have caused regarding the "weeing from the bum" comments @BlondeinBrisvegas i am sorry for making comments about you which have caused all your bubhub friends to mock and laugh at you.
I take full responsibility for my comments and shall endevour to behave more appropriately in the future. ;-)

@Billie2 My hcg at 12dpo was 67, so super close to yours. Fingers crossed your bleeding and cramps ease up ASAP. I'd offer you some of my progesterone but I don't think you're in Melbourne are you?

Thanks @georgeousgeorge @Lucky8 @Tinachris I do appreciate it and if it was me on the outside Id be so positive for Billie2 but I have my self preservation kevlar on. Bit of red blood tonight when I pee'd after a full day of a mix up of cramps. How do women remain sane if this goes on for weeks? My towel is in my hands ready to throw it in. You know when in your heart you just know. I sound so negative. I think someone on here told me to keep my expectations low, that way I wont be disappointed. I think thats exactly what I think is the safest option.

@BlondeinBrisvegas (also known as @hotstuffinbrisvegas) I'm glad to hear the ex has agreed to all of your safeguarding measures. Well done hun. I can only guess you've kept a good record of Saturday's events. I can almost hear the relief in your voice. You're doing a brilliant job of this recently-separated-single-mum malarkey.

@Billie2 hey lovely, dont feel guilty about how you feel or 'try not to feel stuff', i reckon. If you're worried, its ok to feel worried. Otherwise you have more probs to worry about i.e. 1) being worried + 2) feeling guilty and worried about being worried + 3) trying to force yourself to feel a different emotion. This sounds bossy and i dont mean it to be. A wise woman bf of mine told me this once when i had my first embryo transfer and i was telling her that i felt excited but felt like i shouldnt be excited in case i got my hopes up and it ended up not working. I was worried if i was excited that i was setting myself up for a bigger disappointment. She said, "dont try not to feel stuff. If you're excited, be excited and then if you're disappointed, then feel disappointed". Im just telling you, not because i want to tell you what to do, but just because i have found this advice genuinely helpful throughout ivf and life in general. Just run with however you feel mate. Its perfectly normal to be worried about stuff. That is what happens to humans when they are in situations they have no control over. IMO please dont think that we are all like, 'oh you got a bfp, just be happy' coz i dont feel like that at all. Worrying wont affect bubba or the outcome, so there is no problem with worrying, self preservation, being reserved, and feeling like you should be feeling some other emotion is just being too hard on yourself. I think, just feel however you feel. Obviously feeling worried sux but you dont have to try and snap out of it or look on the brightside. You dont have to do anything. Its totally ok for you to just feel however you feel mate xox
