    Default Birth photography in Brisbane?

I'm entertaining the idea of hiring a birth photographer. Any thoughts on if it's worth the money?
This will be our 3rd and final Bub, first natural birth.
I'll be having an epidural straight away for medical reasons though, so there won't be a huge range of opportunities for different photos.
I'm due late November to early December

If I have another I will absolutely have a birth photographer. It's not something I even thought about for my first, I was too scared the 2nd time as it was a VBAC and I was worried if things went wrong I wouldn't want photographic evidence to remind me. But now I think birth is such a beautiful thing and I don't have any photos - and my after-birth photos are pretty sketchy. I have seen some amazing birth photography too. Check out Melissa Jean - not sure if she travels down to Brisbane but worth asking if you like her stuff.

My friend and colleague Rana from Breathe Birth Photography (also Rana Rankin photography) is gorgeous and also a midwife.

Is she a midwife? I think she took photos of our baby while I was still in theatre.

Yeah she is. She's done some amazing photography. One of her photos was heavily shown in the media last year.

Thanks, I've always wanted to be able to thank the midwife who took our precious photos. I might look her up.

    Sorry to derail OP.
