Default Snacks & lunch ideas please

Hi all, can you please tell me what you give your child to eat during the day as a snack and lunch. I'm stuck on ideas and need some inspiration.

    Thanks

Default Snacks & lunch ideas please

Cut up veggie sticks ( usually capsicum, carrot and cucumber) with tzatiki or guacamole

    Rice cakes with avocado

    Cheese and plain crackers

    Yogurt

Pasta soup - just boil little pasta shapes in chicken stock or bone broth, when cooked whisk in an egg and some fresh herbs - it should be a thick soup consistency

Olives, goji berries, freeze dried fruit, nitrate free sultanas

Egg pancake - 2 eggs beaten with chopped tomato, feta and herbs and fried in mini fry pan

Wraps - usually poached chicken or chicken schnitzel and salad or falafel and tabouli

Oven baked Cornflake crumbed chicken wings or honey and soy
