@Chyna I'm okay. Finding pregnancy a strain, but know it will be worth it.

How are you? How many weeks are you now?

@Rosie8888 I'm also with Charlotte and was getting some bad headaches...she suggested Magnesium which has helped considerably and is also good for preventing leg cramps.

@Chyna wow time sure has flown by hasn't it. Gd is so common these days my sister Inlaw has it on insulin something about her placenta and 2 of my friends just gave birth and they both had it. I hear they keep lowering the level of what pass etc. I'm 14 weeks on Thursday I can't believe it.
@Gen72 how much do you take of magnesium I purchased some last week after seeing her from the health shop. But I left it at work so maybe that's why I have it so bad yesterday and today I have been with out? I've never been a head ache person I feel really sorry for those that get them frequently and migraines

I'm taking a high does one that the chemist recommended. Wagner Magnesium Forte Daily, I think it is 400mg and I take one a day. I haven't had a headache since I started taking them...but who knows. I have them from time to time but these were really bad and I was finding that Panadol wasn't working and didn't want to take too much with baby on board.

@Gen72 I'll check the mg on mine. If not I'll try your one. I went to to Drs today Charlotte was busy and dr gave me panadiene forte cause I was in tears with the pain I feel awful for taking it but she said its ok. It completely knocked me out so at least I got some sleep with out pain.

Hello lovely ladies :-) i was just reading the stuff about magnesium and thought id put in my 2cents, i was reading info on a site called nourished life. It was saying magnesium flakes (like epsom salts but magnesium salts) were a good way to get more magnesium. It said magnesium was more easily absorbed by the body through the skin. So you just soak in the bath with the magnesium flakes. I bought some just because im addicted to beautiful bath shower products. But just thought id mention it. Packaging says safe for pregnancy. And hey, was wondering, you know how the fs say not to have hot baths after et, how long do you have to not have hot baths after you get a bfp? Love my soaks in the bath n was wondering if the preggo ladies' fs gave then a time when you could bathe again?
