That's fantastic @Chyna I'm so glad that you're both doing so well. Yeah I understand the nerves until 23wks. I'm good thank you. Just needed a break. Glad you're enjoying the pregnancy with minimal morning sickness. Hopefully the smooth sailing continues for you until the baby is born.

Gosh @gorgeousgeorge it's all happening for u now and soon you'll be over there enjoying Greek time lol! Do you get any updates on your donor at all? Of course, the expectations are high as these eggs are worth flying to Greece for..I really feel that I too would be putting all my hopes on a BFP and counting all my potential babies as well. The cats will be fine, they will just hide for a while..or the rest of their lives!!!!!! Not long till your holidays now - my sleep in this morning was great, but I'm already half way thru week one!!

@Tinachris lol, i sooo know that feeling of watching the school holidays slip away. Sometimes in the second week, im like omg ive done nothing!!! But doing nothing is kinda what holidays are. Sigh...teacher life. (Ive been doing 3+hours of marking yr11 exams every night for the last 2 weeks so i dont have to taje them to athens. I did consider taking them and marking while im waiting in the clinic. Lol, how sad is that? I just luuuurve unpaid overtime, dont you? ;-)

Ahhhhh yep don't take them to Athens!! I know what you mean, my marketing by any means would not be as painful as yours but boy these little kids do a lot of assessment!! My eyes glaze over quite quickly!

Hey girls, i have my first consult with Wazza on Monday.
Im flying in from Albury which is border of NSW and VIC.
I have to go by myself as DH is in the army and couldnt get the time off.
Im already on my 2nd FS in Sydney but im desperate for Wazza to offer some help and a miracle. Hoping we can also move to Brissy next year.
I just had an FET yesterday, not very confident as the Day 5 blasty didnt really re expand on thawing so looked squished and unhappy.
I have 3 blastys left in storage so im undecided atm whether to just use them up in Sydney and then start fresh with Wazza or to transfer them to Wazza.
I guess ill discuss all that with him.
Im ****ting myself about flying though. I have really bad anxiety and haty flying. The fact there was 2 incidents yesterday with qantas and jetstar has just made the anxiety worse!!!!

Wow @pingc383 that seems like an intense appt and intense treatment. Im a bit scared now what he'll say to me as although im 28 my lining only gets to 6.5 to 6.8mm and my AMH is now 12.
Im a bit worried about doing all that intense treatment while still living interstate in case something happens to me. I have a heart condition so i have anxiety about my heart reacting to everything.

Awh ladies don't be defeated. I'm 40 and have a very low ahm level but i tried all of the meds and have managed a wazza miracle as we are now 30wks pregnant. It was very hard to hear at first that I'm old and didnt hold much hope as i only was producing 3 eggs max, you only meed that magic 1. But it can happen and it did. We were positive and it was a very full on few months with all the meds and injections. But it's all worth it now. He is very honest and tells you as it is. I have my fingers crossed for you all xx

Yeah i agree with @Chyna ladies. Try to stay positive. He told me that if we didn't have DS he would say my eggs were no good and to go with donor eggs. But on the second cycle with him we managed to make it happen. I think he is really upfront and direct to prepare you and not to give you false hope. But it doesn't mean he won't give it everything to try and make it happen for you.

@mrsparso can I ask how old you are? I'm 42 and wondering if he'd be able to help me? (I have bubba from ivf when 40) and trying for a sibling now. Does he have an age cut off? I have an appointment with Charlotte but I forgot to ask receptionist about whether my age would be an issue. Thanks so much x
