    Default Easily feel tired

Hi everyone! I'm new in this forum. Would like some opinion or if u have experienced it. I'm in week 16 of my first pregnancy. My nausea started to easen up, but I get tired easily and sometimes headache out of the blue. I'm not sure why.. Last time I checked the levels of iron, etc are ok. And I'm not doing any heavy physical work. Maybe just walking around a lot in the city sometimes. Is sleeping late affecting? Or is there something more serious that I should be aware of? Thanks everyone..

Welcome to the forums. I have found I am more prone to headaches in pregnancy and they seem to be related to dehydration. When I up water intake, they go away. Getting tired easily is definitely just part of the whole experience and is perfectly normal. Unless you really find you can't function with routine daily tasks, then I's probably talk to my GP/midwife about it.

I had shocking headaches during my second trimester and they passed after a month.
It is ok to take panadol and codeine if you need something stronger.

    Congrats!

I had terrible headaches during week 16, too! What is up with that?? I distinctly remember the week because I asked the very same question myself back then.
Sorry, no real help but just wanted to say that I was the same.
Keep an eye on them and if they are getting worse definitely talk to your doctor.
