Default I have PCOS and this is the first try at having a baby.

Hi, I have pcos and was told I may have difficulties having a baby. Me and my partner have been trying for this whole month now and I'm not sure but think I may be pregnant. I have been having spotting. First it was a bright red when wipe but small amounts like dots and today it is light pink. I've never had this happen before my period. Does someone have advice. Thanks.

Hi @Nikki888, couple of questions for you ... do you have a regular cycle in spite of your pcos? Do you have some idea of when you may have ovulated (were you tracking it at all) and did you dtd around that time?
A lot women with pcos don't ovulate every month or have a regular cycle, but, that said you can still fall pregnant with pcos. Sometimes you get lucky and a good sized follicle develops with an egg to release. If you know you ovulated two weeks ago and your regular period is late get a home pregnancy test and do a test first thing in the morning.
    Best of luck

I have pcos and I'm pregnant with my second. I track my basal body temp and know I do not ovulate on my own. I don't get a period on my own either. I use medication to induce a period and make me ovulate.

Did a preg test and got a BFN! I think it may be too early to tell so I will try in a weeks time. Its just I never had this happen before. Was sootting for two days and now nothing?? Usually I would see blood and period starts heavy flow soon after?

Metformin helps PCO, also Clomid can too. I suggest you talk to your GP. How old are you?

I am 27. I still get my period. Only a couple of times it has been late. I never knew I had pcos until a couple of years ago.
