All that, and no call of the board. ..

With the AEC showing the figures at this stage as 68-70 in ALP's favour with 7 seats undecided though, wouldn't the best case scenario for the LNP be a minority government rather than a majority, or is my dodgy knowledge of the full workings of our system failing me again?

I think so too. Lots of the seats are quite close though, so it is possible.

    Default Election 2016

So far it is 67 seats each.

11 seats undecided. Coalition need to win 9 of the undecided seats to form majority government.

Essentially, since they lost those WA senate votes last time, they are more concerned about securing the ballot papers. They will be taken to central place and they will make sure they actually have all the ballot papers before counting more, i think.

So gutted about the support for One Nation I voted for the Libs but don't mind if Labour win. Meh. More annoyed about Pauline Hanson. Stoked that after WINNING in my electorate last year, the Palmer United Party has 0.0% of votes. That must be the biggest swing in history.

I'm guessing this is not what they expected at all! Hung parliament looking more and more likely.
