I had my scan this morning and I have around 25 follies in total but the problem is they are varying in size from 12mm to 21mm. Warren has said that the epu can be pushed out until Tuesday and he has a plan of injections for me to try and allow some of the smaller ones to catch up. I am to expect that some will just be too immature. I trigger with lucrin and a small amount of pregnyl Monday morning at 12.15am 😴 for a 1pm EPU on Tuesday. I spoke about my concerns with the lucrin trigger after bleeding a little on a previous cycle so Warren has ramped up my progesterone and estrogen support after EPU so hopefully that will hold things off again. The good thing is with a Tuesday collection the pgd testing can be done.

@Heyside thank you. I love this forum, you guys are all amazing people. I look forward to sitting down and reading updates each evening! All the best for your trigger and EPU! Hopefully the small ones do catch up. My FS said he'd be happy with 5 mature follies! I personally hope for a few more than that!!! He said he'd discuss with me about cancelling or going ahead if we only got three.

Sounds like you should get a good number @Heyside, I had an egg from a follie that was 12mm the day before trigger! Hopefully a few really good quality ones for you that make testing. I did a 1am trigger once, blah isn't it?!

They thaw my embies Monday, to start PGS, I'm getting nervous!

Yeah usually they send it off to Medicare so just ask them.

Thanks ladies for all the positive thoughts for my epu just hoping for good numbers of mature eggs at this stage.
@Flower78 - yes hun the 12.15am isnt good and with my extra 11.30pm of menapur and my 4am prednisone I may as well not go to bed 😴. On a positive note I only have to stop eating ffrom 7am do will be having a nice breakfast early on. Good luck with your PGS testing hun will they update you at each stage?
@nattie84 - Thats good news your breasts are feeling sore hun it will mean your estrogen is rising something is going on. Good luck x
