@babypanda - Great news that you are ready for EPU hun on Monday. It must be frustraiting that you cant transfer but you wouldn't want to risk putting a precious embie back into an environment that isn't going to help implantation. Thinking of you though hun and hoping you get lots of embies to freeze.

Hi ladies! Hope everything is going well with you all 😊
So i started the puregon injection yesterday at 125 iu and had another today. Really wasn't too bad and i prefer to do it myself as i can control it. I think if my partner tried he would just want it done fast and it would probably be painful haha.
Did any of you have any side affects with the puregon injection? I've been feeling a little nauseous and tired today. Could it take effect in just two days?

@pingc383 haha lucky you. Maybe I'm just tired from a lack of sleep and being a shift worker

@babypanda all the best for Monday. Sucks it'll be a freeze all but best if you're going to be at risk of OHSS.
@Karola82 you're on a low dose. I used 150 of puregon. I didn't have any symptoms but everyone responds differently. It's totally possible to get side effects after two days but as you said could be lack of sleep due to shift work (poor thing) or you may be coming down with something. Must be extra hard doing shift work whilst cycling. I hope you're starting to feel better soon.

Did my opk this morning. Lines were so close to being equal I couldn't really tell them apart. DH thinks test line was slightly lighter. I think I've given up trying to work them out. In the past I've had definite colour differences but this month it's been so hard to judge. Anyway went for my BT to be safe. But I've finally started to show signs of ovulation! So keeping my fingers crossed for Monday's results!

Yay @hopefull29 glad you're showing signs of ovulating. C'mon body, you can do it!!
@Karola82 I never had side effects from puregon. I think my body actually liked the extra hormones. I'm on Menopur this time and feeling a bit tired but I think that's just from fighting a cold. I think with me I'm probably more tired because my body is trying to do too many things at once. Shift work would be tough. Hope you are able to find some time to rest soon X

@Karola82 - Great that the injections went well hun and you felt in control doing it yourself. Everyone reacts differently to the injections and I have definately heard of some ladies feeling tired, I usually feel tired as my estrogen rises.
@hopefull29 - Great news to hear that opk line is getting darker and you are seeing some signs of ovulation. Hope bt confirms it and you can plan transfer x

I am awaiting af and its so frustrating as going off past cycles and coming off the provera it should have arrived yesterday and as of yet I haven't experienced any headaches like usual or spotting so it might be a while away! Maybe thats because its straight off a fresh cycle and higher progesterone meds who knows?
