    I don't know if this is sound advice but I ignored that and used it every few hours 😊

    Eta: I look at the ingredients and came to the non professional conclusion they were safe, never heard of anyone ODing on nasal spray

    I got told by a pharmacist that the reason decongestant sprays are only 2 or 3 times a day is that they xan make it worse apparently. Same with using it for too long.

    Not sure if that is right though.

    Yes that's what they told DH that you can rebound even worse if you use too much.
