I am coming up to my 280th time having AF, and I'm still not used to how much it hurts and how icky it makes me feel!

I am feeling a sense a accomplishment. Have been sorting and cleaning out our wardrobes since 9am which has taken 2 hours and I decided to donate anything I haven't worn lately to charity. Between us all I filled 4 large garbage bags and have also filled a few space bags with DD's baby clothes I'd like to keep.

looking at my messy lounge room/kitchen willing them to clean themselves before my mother arrives. On the plus side I have managed to do something today - DS & I took the dog for a walk & ran into the assistant principle at DS's school & his wife so had a good talk (he adores DS & they have heaps in common)

I'm weirdly impressed that you know that figure. Mine has been MIA for a couple of months & I'm quietly hoping that is it

Argh, mine has just left. She's so over dramatic.

Getting the silent treatment from the kids because I was overly happily when ironing their uniforms for the week

I kind of envy you. I should have had mine about 210 times (inc deducting for pg), but in reality I have probably on had it about 60 at best.

I did the same when dd1 was around a year old. I was drowning in mucus and was dying as I just couldn't breathe. I rang Mother safe and they told me once they are taking solids it's very rare to substantially affect your supply. I just kept offering the breast regularly and having a lot of fluids and it was fine. Hope you feel better soon. Xxxx

Eta: another option is nasal spray. Most are breastfeeding friendly. That's my go to option now. Not as good as pseudo though!
