I am exhausted, miserable and unmotivated. ?Took DS & the dog for a surf as promised at least & (pain of of walk when he whinged th whole way home over having to carry his own sufboard) have done some study but now I've hit a blank - it has all been too much. I have NFI what to cook for dinner & no energy to actually cook anything but a DS who apparently needs feeding when all I want to to do hide & cry.

For whoever asked, the essay is on interventions to promote resilience and growth from traumatic events (very basically put)

dh made it in the pressure cooker. cooked it for 1.5 hours and you can cut the meat with a spoon. 45 mins would've done it I reckon!
