Sick of visitors coming to "see the baby" after 5pm. Am I the only one who thinks it's rude?

thanks. yeah he feels much more liberated and we're both in better moods now he's out of there. would've preferred it if he'd had a job to go to sbd had resigned instead of been let go, but it is what it is. we will cope.

good luck with your essay. you're almost halfway there! what's the topic of the essay?

Hungry! Was counting on there being a sausage sizzle at the local school where we voted... Nothing in sight! Supposedly there was supposed to be sausage sizzle, cake stall, drinks stall. I even checked on that sausage sizzle finder earlier and it said they were supposed to be there! So disappointed. Now have to wait til we get to Costco before I can eat...

I think it's rude but none of my babies were winding down or in bed at 5pm.

mine goes to bed at 6. from 5 I like to start winding down so I'd be unimpressed if someone dropped round at 5pm to see the baby.

People will definitely not be welcome after that time in my house. It's the end of the day and crazy time aswell. Doing dinner, bathing kids ready for bed, homework for some kids, DP/DH getting home from work and they should get time with their kids first.

If people want to see our new babies they can come during the day or the weekend
