Hi everyone I'm hoping a few people can give me some advice on my sons strange sleeping habits....
During the day he goes down easy no crying, happy to go to sleep. At night he screams and screams the house down when I put him to bed.
Leaving light on
Lamp in his room
Skipping day sleep
Skipping bath to trick him
Leaving him up later
Leaving him to cry on and off (5 hours!!!!)
And now it's so bad that I still put him down but then I have to get him up again and now he's in our bed awake til 10-11pm!
Any advice / suggestions would be greatly appreciated as we are stumped.
Sleep nanny said im too soft and just leave him in his bed but he's not crying he's screaming and I don't like to leave him like that.

Help with 10 month old PLEASE

Has he always been like this? Has it gotten worse recently? Just wondering if maybe separation anxiety is playing a part (in which case just leaving him won't help in the slightest). My son got worse around 10 months too. Nothing I did made a difference. He would be up for at least an hour and a half every night, and hourly (at least) besides. I never left him to cry, left alone scream. Only because it would inevitably get worse, and I just couldn't do it. Sending hugs and the knowledge that you are not alone in that stupid, infuriating situation.

Hi TD, he was perfect and went down no crying and all of a sudden it's all changed. It could be separation but it is strange that he's fine during the day? These kids are so hard to read! I'm also pregnant with the next one due in November so I'm feeling like I'll never sleep again!
