    Default Study Snacks

I am almost half way through my diploma and have been putting on far too much weight over the summer so dread to think what winter will be like!

To replace my chocolate coated honeycomb and oreo biscuits with a million cups of tea does anyone have any suggestions on healthier snacks I could try? I dont have any allergies so will try just about anything

    I'd suggest getting prepped first.

Any veg sticks with hummus. Fruit.

A handful of nuts (only a handful).

For sweet stuff - protein/bliss balls.

With tea - try fruit tea. Does not need sweetener or milk and is yum. And no caffeine.

Part of mine is stress eating, part of it is habitual eating while studying.

I've got seven months left until I graduate, so I'm hoping my awareness of not being huge for graduation photos will be enough motivation me not to do it this semester.
