I'm a new mum to be (9 weeks along) and looking for other ladies who are pregnant or already mums to do some outdoor fitness with.
I often workout or just go for walks down near the Strand or castle hill.
I work fulltime in emergency services but am a qualified personal trainer/pilates instructor so am always active and would love to do it as more of a social thing. Any fitness level, and babies/kids/dogs welcome
