    Personally I just got the preseed to use for stimulating my orgasm without feeling guilty I'd be interrupting the sperm. Lol so I'm definitely not the most knowledgeable person on this.
    I say yes lay on your back with feet up for 20 minutes every time you DTD high through peak. Gotta encourage those sperm to get in the any way you can, right?

    In the 2WW I'm always wondering what's going on in there! And I read a ton of articles. Anyone have ones they love?

    I use Ovia for the ease and cool info, and Fertility Friend to chart temps glad you're liking Ovia!

    Loving ovia. Cannot use FF at all, nothing will load. Ovia is great though! I put in my periods since April and its charted then and given me my fertile days. Definitely dtd during those days so I've got everything crossed for a BFP. If ad shows then I think I'll order some opks for next cycle. Any brands particularly better than others or are the ones on eBay ok?

    They are great! Soft, comfy and no nasty chemicals against your lady bits! Many swear it has lessened the heaviness and pain of their period. I make my own, they are super fun and easy once you get the hang of them (if you already sew). There are lots of free patterns or you can draw your own. Otherwise there are lots of ladies that make them to sell. There's a few on Etsy and Madeit
