My great grandfather's middle name was Washington. Not sure it will really make the top 10 in Australia.

Some of the boys names I just can't see really coming back:

    Frank
    Colin
    Garry
    Darren
    Ralph
    Norman

Girls names are harder. There's been so many I thought would never come back, and then they do! My mum's name is Robyn and we'll be using that as a middle name for our girl. I don't think that name will be making much of a comeback, obviously we're using it for honorary purposes, although I don't mind it as a name anyway.
If we were having a boy, DH wanted to use his dad's name as the middle name - Colin. Not a fan. Glad we're having a girl now. Lol.
My son's middle name is Colin. Named after my dad
