I am hoping that everyone here might come up with some good ideas for me
In 3 weeks I am booked in to have surgery and will be off my feet for 2 weeks minimum. My husband is pretty terrible in the kitchen so I am looking for freezable meals that I can cook in the next couple of weeks and freeze so my DS and DD don't live on junk. So far I have spaghetti bolognese sauce, curry sausages, sticky BBQ chicken legs made up in the freezer but I'm obviously in need of quite a few more.
Whats your best freezable dinner?
Thanks so much for your help

Curries freeze really well. You can freeze cooked rice too and just reheat.
Spinach pies/quiche/zucchini slice.
Creamy chicken casseroles like Creamy mustard chicken (use a large foil takeaway type tray. Layer veggies then chicken thighs on top. Mix can of cream of chicken soup, can of milk and couple of tablespoons of whole grain mustard. Pour over chicken/veg. Sprinkle with cheese and bake. When cool, put on lid and freeze. Reheat in tray when needed) You can do similar with cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms. Or with garlic instead of mustard etc.

Maybe look up some slow cooker meals and make in bulk and freeze.
Honey mustard chicken
Hamburger mince made up ready to go with the spices
Frozen pizza, not very healthy but he could surely grate more cheese and slice a few extra veggies to chuck on top
If he tries to cook and it's a disaster have some take away menus on stand by
