I thought I remembered hearing about some website that you could sign up for that said you'd be able to provide accommodation for a few nights in an emergency situation. I'd like to sign up since we have the space for a night or two if a woman and her kids needed a place for a couple nights to escape a dangerous situation.
I saw it before and didn't bookmark it because I didn't think DH would be on board but I mentioned it tonight and he was supportive. As long as we were kept anonymous from any psycho partners which I think it was.
