Calling? Did you speak to someone? Because noone here can give you exact figures or information. If they did not help - ask them to find someone who will.

If you could not get through - try again until you do.

I would hardly call this fraud really. Honestly when you do your tax it'll come up that Centrelink have overpaid you and you'll be required to pay it back. You can go on a payment plan. They're not going to put you in gaol

It must be really hard for you. Keep working and keep your head up. Go to the salvation army and places like that. Sometimes they can give you food vouchers to help you keep afloat.

Someone i know forgot to tell centrelink that they were living with their partner for 2 or 3 years and had to pay back $20k. They weren't taken to court or anything.

I'm not sure about family tax etc but I'm assuming it would be cut off if your husband earng too much? I would maybe up your estimation. Just to be safe.

I am on disability and I am allowed to own a house, shares, one million dollars in bank before it starts affecting my pension. On top of disability I get FTB/A. I of course don't have one million dollars more like $1000 😂

Thought I would ask, how long does it take for Centrelink to work everything out with paperwork before they get in contact with you?
