    Frozen veggies are great (zero prep) with ready washed baby potatoes, boiled With baked skinless & boneless salmon fillets. I just bake in foil with butter and lemon. That's about as much prep as I can handle!! Or you could have the above veg with minuet steaks, pork steaks or grilled lamb chops.

    Hi there, i cook in advance and freeze- casseroles, taco mince, chicken green curry, bolognaise etc, and generally have rice and pasta and salad in tupperware in the fridge ready to go so myself or DH can have dinner on the table within 10-15mins of getting home. I dont have time to prep, cook during the week unfortunately... we'd be eating dinner after bedtime😴

    I make cold tuna and corn pasta. In the morning I just boil your pasta and microwave some corn kernels then add a can of tuna and stir it all up. I let it cool and then put it into individual containers and store in the fridge. I take it with me so the kids can eat it on the way home!

    Kiddo loves when I cook chicken skewers. Don't take long to cook thankfully. Just serve up with some frozen veges and sometimes a little dinner roll in the oven for a few mins and he is happy as Larry

    Pesto chicken - chuck chicken breast or thigh (chopped will take less time) into a baking dish, spread a jar of pesto over it, layer with sliced tomato and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15-30 minutes at 220 deg (depending on size of chicken pieces).

    I make a quick salad or steam some veges with in the microwave while it cooks.

    Steak and veg or salad is super quick too.

    Fried rice, you precook the rice the night before and keep in fridge so it only takes 10 minutes to get it all done.
